Prostate Gland Enlargement Treatment
After 50 years of age, in men, enlargement in binail prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common health problem. It also calls prostate gland enlargement. But in winters, the problem of prostate gland enlargement increases more than other weathers. The reason behind is the lack of thirst of water in winter. That’s why quantity of collected urine increases in urinary bladder. Thus the urinary tract infection (UTI) can happen and urine stops too.

Symptoms of Disease
On prostate gland enlargement, the need of pee increases in night at beginning and later, in morning too.

Urine doesn’t come out quickly. It can take almost half or more minute to come out.

The edge of urine gets thinner. During pee, the edge doesn’t go ahead but it goes downside. It breaks periodically to start again.

Pissing can stop too and pain can happen during pissing.

If patient’s pee stays in bladder for long time then it can affect kidneys after some time. Due to this kidney’s power of making pee decreases and it doesn’t filter out urea totally from body. Thus urea in blood increases which is harmful for health.

Tests
In this disease, transrectalultrasonography, urine culture and PSA tests are recommended.

Treatment
The solution of PGE problem is possible by two methods. First TURP surgery and second is Prostatic artery immobilization surgery. After these surgery only some special medicine are given stopping all the medicines.

The patient needs to be admitted only on operation day. Immobilization is done by one side entrance after giving anesthesia. Commonly this kind of entrance is done from right side of femoral nerve. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) particles are injected through immobilization. Which normalize prostate gland size within in 2 to 4 weeks. Thus, patient gets rid of their disease and back to his normal routine.
